We are joint data controllers together with Volunteerly ApS (CVR 45475719) when you use Volunteerly.dk to sign up for our events.
Volunteerly operates the platform and handles hosting, security, and user profiles. We are responsible for planning and running the event.

We process the information you have registered with Volunteerly, as described in their privacy policy – e.g. name, contact details, and event registrations.
We use the information in connection with the specific event you sign up for and, if you are connected to us as a member, also in relation to your membership.

Plan and coordinate events you have registered for
Communicate with you before, during, and after the event
Document participation for safety or regulatory purposes
When you connect with our organisation (e.g. as a volunteer or member), we may send you information about our new events and volunteering opportunities. This is a natural part of your connection and does not require separate consent.
If we wish to send you marketing, such as offers for guests or from partners, we will ask for your separate consent.

If you are a member, we keep your information for as long as your membership continues.

We only share information with relevant people in our organisation and with Volunteerly as joint data controller. We do not disclose your information to others unless it is necessary for the execution or safety of the event.

9. Changes
